Visa Information
Travel to the US now involves additional advance planning. Many travelers to the US will require a visa and should follow the guidelines below. To assist you in attending the conference, we offer this information to make the trip easier for you. Starting the visa process now will help ensure that you have a visa in time for the 2009 COADE User Conference.
Invitation Letter
The invitation letter outlines the reason for your travel, and is provided as a supporting document for you to include in your visa application. Use the form below to create an invitation letter. Direct any questions about the invitation letter to dana.toland@itexgroup.com.
Please note: This letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit COADE, Inc. to assist you in obtaining a visa. COADE, Inc. will not pay any expenses incurred by you. COADE, Inc. cannot send the letter to the Embassy or Consulate for you, nor contact the Embassy or Consulate on your behalf. It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to obtain the necessary paperwork for entry into the US.
Please note that the above information is a general guideline for travel to the US. Because travel requirements may change, we recommend that you contact your local embassy to ensure that you have proper documentation.
