Registration

Online Registration is now closed. Registration will reopen onsite at the conference at the Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel on Sunday, September 27 from 6:00 pm. to 8:00 p.m., and again at 7:00 a.m. Monday, September 28 and remain open throughout conference operation hours. Registration staff will be available onsite to answer any questions and register new attendees.

If you need to make a hotel reservation, please contact the Marriott directly by calling (+1) 281.367.9797. Be sure to tell the hotel that you are with the COADE User Conference, and ask for the discounted rate of $199.00.

If you need to cancel your hotel reservations or make adjustments, you must contact the Marriott hotel directly by calling (+1) 281.367.9797. Please note, the hotel requires that they be notified of any cancellations by 6:00 p.m. the day prior to arrival. If they are not notified, they will charge a fee of one night's occupancy.
